well coach i guess triad might have at least one good runner on there team cause i see another edwardsiville invite the day of olney that brett conway ran a 16:41 so the previous edwardsville invite might not show much

hey coach if you look at the results from illinois prep top times of the edwardsville invite the week of herrin you will see the freeburg and triad was there.

I agree JJ. You guys need to race well this weekend and see what you can do with Mt. Vernon, they will be there also.

the team is starting to come around coach. at first i wasnt sure what was going to happen but with some of the under classmen stepping up re-insures me that we will be a competitive team to look out for near post season. we may be ranked 7th in our sectional but i feel we are only to get better. and 21st in the state i think we should try to shoot for 15th at least. it will be so awesome to get the team to state. got to get to the ship.
