I was in the Arthur, IL today. Arthur is a Amish community. I was just outside my car, when I heard the clopping noise, and here came a horse and buggy. They were moving along at a good pace, made me think, can the police give out a speeding ticket for your horse going to fast? Another good day of practice, the guys went 12 miles or somewhere close to that. The women went 40 minutes. The weather is starting to turn, the days are getting shorter, should be good weather to run on Saturday. Hoping to see some times drop. I know that some of the kids are freaking because of the mighty Edwardsville Mud Mountain course. Fear is a funny emotion, some are petrified, some are motivated.

Nice point. Fear is just a excuse.
