Went to the girls game last night. I’m so impressed with Amanda Oulrey, she is so fluid on the court, not sure I have seen anyone as fluid with their shooting as she is. I sit up in the stands and like to second guess the coaches. Couldn’t figure Newton out, when you prepare for Salem, you know they are going to pressure you full court. So you need to slow things down, you need to be prepared to handle the full court pressure. Press breakers as we use to call it back in 70’s. Seem they were in to much of a hurry to get the ball up court. Need to spread things out and make good strong passes. The Lady Cats are tough and are always well coached.
