Men Practice

Week of October 5

Monday-meet at KC at 4:30 with lady from Murray Center about Thursday. Then we will go to park in Centralia to practice. 10 minutes warm up- 30 minutes of hill workouts-10 minutes cool down.

Tuesday-meet at KC at 4:30 12 mile easy run.

Wednesday- 1 mile warm up and then 8×1000 m run at KC on grass. 1 mile cool down

Thursday-work at Murray Center-5 mile easy run after working.

Friday-3 miles easy-4 hard stride outs.

Saturday- bus leaves at 7 am from KC for meet at SIU-E.
