Thoughts-first the ladies-I think we (you) learned a few things-we can have a good little team if we just change a few things. Which I think maybe we (you) are ready to do. Toni was our number 1 today. She ran a 18:31. The top 3 had a pack time of 27 seconds-that is good-4th and 5th were 1 minute and 16 and 1 minute and 21 seconds back. We can make that better. So we (you) have things to work on. We (you) just have to be willing to do the work. We (you) did the have the nicest looking shoes! I see a different outlook on things for the ladies already! That is a start-that is all I ask. Go Blue Angels! The men-I think (some don’t) we will get better. I know you guys are going to do the work. Jones was a ok 20:54-I say that because he wants to be better. He needs to push forward. Voss ran a good first race-and then the 3 young guys were good for the first race. I can see us being a lot better by the end of the year.
